Delete Your Oracle App Account

We are sorry to see you go. Please read the information below carefully before initiating this process. Initiating this request will permanently delete your account and all associated personal data from Engage Creative Technologies servers.

Data Deletion is Permanent

Your account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once the process is complete, you will permanently lose access to:

  • All Account Data: Your username and profile information.
  • All Astrological Data: Your saved Birth Date, Birth Time, Birth Location, and Current Location.
  • All Conversation History: Your entire chat history with the Oracle AI.
  • All Custom LLM Memory: All contextual memory used by the AI to personalize your readings will be destroyed.
  • In-App Currency: Any unused “Stars” acquired through purchases or rewarded ads will be permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered.

How to Request Account Deletion (Required Method)

Since our app currently does not have an in-app delete button, you must contact our support team to securely verify and process your request.

  1. Compose an email to our support team at: [Your Support Email Address]
  2. Use the subject line: “URGENT Account Deletion Request – Oracle App”
  3. In the body of the email, you must include the following information for verification:
    • The Username associated with the account you wish to delete.
    • The Email Address used to sign in to the account.
    • A clear statement confirming your request (e.g., “I, [Your Name], confirm my request to permanently delete my Oracle App account and all associated data.”).

Deletion Timeline and Retention

Once Engage Creative Technologies receives and verifies your request via email:

  1. Processing: Your account access will be immediately revoked, and your data will be flagged for permanent removal from all production databases (Firebase and AI services).
  2. Completion Period: All personal data, including chat history and memory profiles, will be permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days of receiving your verified request.
  3. Required Retention: We are legally required to retain minimal transactional records (e.g., billing receipts for IAP) and anonymized data for financial compliance purposes. This retained data cannot be linked back to you personally.
